Invitation to exhibitors at Military Days 8-9-10 September 2023
Come and join us for a fantastic weekend at Denmark's largest military history event with live mediation. The place to meet lots of like-minded people from both Denmark and abroad.
All Danish and foreign military history societies, clubs, groups and individuals who exhibit all kinds of military, sanitary and preparedness history etc. up to the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 can participate.
We require that you are serious about your presentation, and all forms of storytelling related to the above are allowed in the event area.
In the 17-hectare plantation area around Panzermuseum East there is plenty of space for displaying vehicles, equipment, tents, camp life and much more. The many open spaces between the trees provide the perfect opportunity for you to arrange just the right environment around your presentation, as well as making the area very visitor-friendly. Driving in the area is also possible if you wish. Heavy vehicles are directed to the terrain, but small vehicles like jeeps and mc are allowed to gently trundle among the visitors in the exhibit area. Marshals will be present for safety and directions.
All exhibitors are very welcome to make their own presentations/demonstrations either in the allocated area where you have your camp, or you can be on the main arena, however not during the time of the scheduled battles and vehicle presentation.
Participation is free for all exhibitors arriving as reenactment or in vehicles where all passengers present serious history.
If you just come in a military vehicle without the appropriate clothing, it is free for the driver + 1 passenger.
You can stay in the area from Wednesday 6 to Tuesday 12 September. Toilet and bathing facilities will be available in the area.
If you need electricity for your camp, you must pay according to consumption as shown in the form during registration and you must order electricity when you register.
On Friday evening there will be music with DJ and on Saturday evening there will be live music again with the band Noach & Friends on the fairground for all exhibitors and other stallholders. There will be food stalls and of course you can quench your thirst in the beer tent. The site will be closed to the public from 17.00 and there will be plenty of opportunity to mingle with like-minded people.
It is of course also possible to have a sales stand and it is allowed to sell everything that is military related. There is a large area set aside for the marketplace, surrounded by the exhibitors' area. Stand holders selling goods on the site will be charged the facademeter price as per the form under registration.
